To design and construct 10 world-class, theme-driven restaurants (including gourmet kitchens) on a tight timeline for Sindalah Island – NEOM’s premier luxury destination – while adhering to stringent sustainability standards and seamlessly integrating technology with avant-garde aesthetics.

Executed 10 unique designs, ranging from underwater themed seafood grills to skyline rooftop lounges, incorporating NEOM’s futuristic ethos. Used lightweight, marine-grade materials resistant to coastal corrosion for outdoor terraces and beachfront venues.

Luxury Fit-Out & Kitchen Mastery

Customized VIP dining pods with retractable glass roofs for stargazing experiences. Installed 10 commercial kitchens with hidden exhaust systems, robotic automation, and AI-driven inventory management.
Crafted artisanal finishes (e.g., hand-blown glass chandeliers, fossilized stone countertops) for immersive ambience.

Smart MEP Systems

Engineered hyper-efficient HVAC zones to maintain optimal temperatures across open-air and enclosed spaces. Deployed IoT-enabled plumbing for water conservation (40% reduction vs. standard systems). Integrated silent kitchen ventilation and dynamic lighting systems that adapt to sunset/mood settings.
