To construct a 200-bed, state-of-the-art tertiary care hospital meeting Saudi MHRS (Ministry of Health Regulations and Standards) and international healthcare benchmarks, while ensuring rapid delivery
to address Riyadh’s growing demand for specialized medical services.

Executed deep foundation work to stabilize the structure for heavy medical equipment (MRI, CT scanners). Built earthquake-resistant frameworks and modular utility tunnels for future expansion.

Healthcare-Optimized Architecture

Designed patient-centric layouts with 120+ ICU/NICU units, isolation wards, and hybrid operating theaters. Installed antimicrobial surfaces, noise-reducing partitions, and trauma-resilient finishes.

Mission-Critical MEP Systems

Engineered 24/7 redundant HVAC with HEPA filtration for infection control. Installed medical gas pipelines (oxygen, vacuum) with automated monitoring and backup power systems. Integrated smart building automation for lighting, temperature, and emergency response.
